Today Adam makes an amazing pressed Cuban sandwich on the Blackstone griddle using the Blackstone XL Press! This thing is awesome, and it helps create one amazing pressed Cuban Sandwich! We love cooking on the Blackstone Griddle, and being able to use this new Blackstone XL press goes a long way with so many of the foods we're cooking!

*Cuban Pork Marinade Recipe:
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup lime juice
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
7 cloves garlic , peeled and smashed (minced garlic works as well!)
3 pound pork shoulder roast
After placing pork in marinade, let sit (preferably over night), we did it for 5 hours.
Slow cook on low/med for 5-7 hours.
